I only need one of your services, do I have to use all three?

No. The Export Starter solution includes Free Warehousing, Sales Tax and Duties and Local Bank account support however you can pick and choose to use the solution(s) required by your business.

I need two of your services, do I need to coordinate with you indivdiually?

Once you have been in contact we will assist with the coordination of our expertise so that it is as seamless as possible.

Do I have to pay anything?

No. The Export Starter solution is completely free to use. No credit card required.

There are some optional services we can provide for which there is a fee i.e. warehouse modelling, however these are entirely optional.

What's included in the Export Starter solution?

Within the Export Starter solution you have the option of 3 main services:

  1. Being matched to a reliable 3PL warehouse
  2. Receiving Sales Tax and Duty advice for the export market
  3. A local bank account in the Export market
What's excluded from the Export Starter solution?

The Export Starter solution does not include:

  • 3PL warehouse set up costs or any ongoing costs
  • The ongoing capture your Sales Tax and Duty requirements from your shopping cart. This is an add-on solution provided by Taxwire.

3PL Warehousing

What is included in the free service?

We meet with you to understand your specific requirements and answer any questions you may have regarding moving to an overseas 3PL warehouse.

We then run a competitive pitch process with the 3PLs to obtain proposals.

We will then run through the proposals and the benefits of each of the 3PLs.

We will then organise a physical or virtual warehouse tour to ensure that there is a cultural fit between your business and theirs.

The last thing you want is for the 3PL to create more hassles than they save.

Why should I use your service?

Three main reasons:

  1. We have years of expertise and know the market
  2. We can save you both time and money
  3. It is free and so zero risk for your business
How do you know the warehouse is reliable?

We thoroughly screen each of the 3PL warehouses we work with to ensure they have the systems, IT and resources to provide a reliable service.

Most importantly, we meet with the management team, often visit the warehouse, and talk to some of their customers before recommending them to a client.

How long does the process take?

This is highly variable but usually we can have rates back to you within 3-4 days.

The danger of ‘off the shelf’ rates (or instantaneous rates) is the 3PL has to include a buffer to take into account some clients will create more costs for their business than others of the same size. That means you can end up paying more for those instantaneous ratecards.

The majority of our 3PL warehouse partners will take your requirements and develop a custom ratecard for your business. While this can take a day or two longer than an ‘off the shelf’ ratecard, it ensures the rates are aligned to your specific business.

What’s important is that you don’t rush into making a decision given your logistics’ costs can have a huge impact on your bottom line.

Can I have multiple warehouses in different locations?

YES, absolutely. The vast majority of our warehouse partners have multiple warehouses across different states/countries.

We will be able to help you with advice on a single node or multi-node warehouse solution.

How do I qualify for the US$200 cashback?

To receive the US$200 you need to complete any one of the below tasks:
