What is the process for optimising my warehouse using Warenous?
The process is:
- Free initial consultation to determine your requirements and our suitability
- Scoping by us of project (in phases where suitable)
- Approval by you of overall approach and Phase 1 fees
- Commence review
What is your experience?
When we take on a warehouse optimisation project we pull together a team that is highly tailored to your needs. The team could include a data analyst, warehouse operations expert, IT systems expert and project management. Our model allows us to minimise your costs by engaging highly experienced team members but only for the period required. Our team have built both wholesale fullfillment centres and 3PL warehouses and have deep experience operating and running warehouses.
Process
What does warenous do for me?
We have an initial call to capture your requirements. We then write a brief and send to relevant 3PL warehouses who we know are reliable and won’t let you down. The warehouses provide us with their proposals which we send straight to you (we don’t change any costs). We will then discuss each of the proposals with you and can then do the optional modelling of costs. Finally, we will organise a physical or virtual warehouse tour.
How do I manage my costs?
We help you manage your costs in 3 main ways:
- We provide you with an overall scope and usually break this down into Phases. Your commitment is only for the next phase of work.
- If not required, we don’t allocate resources to the project. Experts are only brought in as and when needed.
- We can work with your own team to minimise your costs.
Who manages the project?
Our clients usually like us to manage the projects however we have some flexibility if you have the required resources in-house.
